The Black & White restaurant in Puerto Banús has become a landmark for stag/hen parties. It offers international cuisine, has an extensive menu, and also does group menus to suit all budgets.
According to the manager Carlota Zapata, in high season (April to October), “we have about six stag/hen parties every day” and sometimes there are more than 50 per week.
For the manager, this success lies in “offering an excellent service at competitive prices while also using quality products and keeping in mind where we are.”
Regarding nationalities, Zapata says that “in general, most are British, followed by the Irish, we have very few Spaniards.” The manager emphasises the fact that “Spanish customers have a preconceived idea of Puerto Banús, they think the prices are over the top, but I’d ask them to come check our menus, and I’m sure they’ll be surprised.”
The most popular drinks among customers are the cocktails, especially the giant sized ones to share with friends. These drinks are another of the Black & White’s hallmarks and it also offers courses for making cocktails so you can repeat the recipes at home.
The restaurant has now launched similar deals for birthday parties with the option of entertainment services and personalised birthday cakes.
A young, professional, and dynamic team of staff is another of the cornerstones of this establishment that opened its doors just four years ago.
